Cardboard Review by Zack

Cardboard by Doug TenNapel

This graphic novel is filled with subtle meaning and innocence. Yet behind all of this is a story about two families. One where a father struggles to provide for his child and one where the child is a spoiled brat. Will they survive the mistakes they made or will they be crushed and smothered by their own creations?

  1. I read Cardboard as well. It was interesting. It only had 1 page, which was the front of the book. The plot was really easy to understand, mainly because there were no words in it. My favorite part was the 'Amazon Prime' barcode on the bottom-right of it. Man, that serial number cracks me up every time.
